Job Purpose

The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for the preparation and coordination of Request for Quotations (RFQ's) for printed circuit boards based on quote requirements received from various departments within the organization (i.e. Program Management, Sales). This person will analyze quotations for content in addition to preparing complete costs analysis. The Pricing Specialist will work to define needs, and clarify discrepancies. This person will monitor RFQ through process and resolve issues that come up and complete costing information including generation of BOM's, identifying exceptions and assumptions, and identifying and documenting all unique costs and issues. The Pricing Specialist will interface with sales and customers to resolve issues. At the highest level, this person may also be responsible for watching technology trends and preparing cost reduction and other recommendations based on those trends.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

Education and Experience

• The ideal candidate will have 2 years of PCB pricing/quoting experience, or Front End Engineering or Planning experience
• Must have the ability to read prints, view and understand customer data in many different formats
• Must be experienced in using various tools to access the plant costs, material costs, regional costs, and regional markets and put a price on it.
• Must be proficient on excel spreadsheets and formulas is a very good add.
• Prior experience working in a PCB company is a plus.
• Understands current Market and competitive pricing

Salary Range (annual) : $66,560.00 - $79,500.00
